MdDonate is a simple donate module for Joomla! 1.7. The module has a lot of settings:

Possibility for testing with the sandbox from Paypal
Set the amount yourself or let the user fill it in
Option to set currencies
Set the thank you and cancel page
etc.
The module has the English and Dutch language.
