The module shows the Search Box and the Extended Search Form in any page position.

The module loads and shows the same component form.

There’s no need to-redefine the fields or the search options already defined at component level. So, you can show the Extended Search Form in any page, and submit to the component.

As a “second search mode”, we have added the feature to submit the form to the general Global Joomla Search. So you can show the Extended Search Form, and submit the query to Joomla general search. In this way, you can “combine” the Sobi Extended Form with any search plugin.

We’ve published a module to add a Search Box with an associated Section Selection, in any module position.

This module shows a Search Box and a Section Select in a simple form. When you click on the Submit Button, it calls to the component core search to retrieve the results filtered by the selected Section.
